Society Guidelines

Essential rules and expectations for all residents to ensure a safe, respectful, and harmonious living environment at Krishna Bhumi.

Dos

​

Resident shall register in the Services Office after taking the Possession / Key Handover Letter to start further process. Please submit the copy of Possession Letter & Key Handover Letter in the Services Office for Record purpose.

 

Shifting of Luggage and belongings shall be done between 02:00PM to 04:00PM only.

 

Operate Lift gently to avoid Breakdown and Inconvenience to the residents. Do not overload.

 

Resident shall use the Service Lift for Loading / Unloading household items.

 

Prior permission must be taken for Fit-Out Work from Services Office. No Fit Out Work is permitted in the Common Area.

 

Resident shall fill-in the Move-In Form before bringing in the luggage in the society.

 

Commercial Activities are not permitted in the society.

 

Maintain Discipline, Harmony and Peace in the Society.

 

Please do follow Society Guideline for Renting Out the Flats. Prior information of Renting out of Flat and submission of Rent Agreement with Police Verification is mandatory.

 

Flats shall not be rented out to a group of Bachelor. Females are strictly not allowed in the Bachelor Occupied Flats.

 

All Maintenance Complaint or any Emergency shall be submitted at the Help Desk ( Mo. 8882281281 )

 

If you suspect any suspicious behavior, criminal leanings or misuse, please bring it to the notice of Managing Committee.

 

Residents are requested to please follow the Pet Guidelines.

 

Residents are requested to please submitted the police verification for the Domestic helpers and complete the security formalities to take the Identity card for smooth Entry & Exit from the premises.

 

IMP: Waste Collection is done between 09AM – 11AM everyday. Residents shall segregate the Waste into Wet ( Bio Degradable only Green Bag ), Dry ( Biodegradable Blue Bag ), Tin / Bottles and E-Waste. Please keep the garbage bags outside the door, housekeeping team will collect your garbage Between 9 am to 10 am.

Don’ts

​

The Building is a enforcement Structure, no alterations shall be made. Please do not cut thru the wall or break in any part.

 

Do not throw Wastes/Articles from Windows/ Balconies, always place it in designated Garbage bins.

 

Do Not Keep Dust Bins, Plastic Bags in the Corridor/ Lobby.

 

Do not misuse/ damage common facilities and amenities.

 

Do not use Terrace or Common Spaces for Programs/Functions, it is strictly prohibited.

 

Do not park your vehicle in No Parking Zone. Park your vehicles in allotted area.

 

Do not spit on the walls, floors, inside the lift, corridor, porch etc.

 

Heavy loads are not allowed in the lift.

 

The entire common area is “NO SMOKING/ NO SPITTING ZONE”.

 

Vrindavan is a religious place of greater order, here Non-Vegetarian Cooking or Consumption is not prescribed. Please respect the sanctity of the place.

 

Use of lift and Common Parking is the facility given to you, not the Rights. Society reserves all the Rights about the usage of these facilities.

 

Common Parking is only for the society members and its temporary guests, if guests are staying in the society for more duration, it will be responsibility of the respective flat owner to arrange parking space for him.

 

Prior Information of Vendors, Courier or Delivery Person, shall be pre-intimated thru AnaCity App.

 

Visitors shall be informed with details on AnaCity App in advance.

Renovation, Refurbishment of the Flats

 

  1. The flat owners are requested to intimate the Society in writing, well in advance, about the whitewash, renovation etc. they propose to carry out in near future.

  2. Flat Owner shall submit the Plan of Drawing and take approval from the Facility Team before executing Interior Works or Refurbishments.

  3. Flat Owners to note that Facility Team or Security shall be visiting the flats to check for the Interior Works being carried out and verify for accuracy against the approved plan.

  4. A security amount of Rs. 2000/= for only whitewash and Rs.10000/= for Fit-Out / renovation of the flat is required to be deposited along with the intimation before commencement of work. The Society reserves the right to appropriate the amount or charge additional amount in case damage is done to society infrastructure during the renovation.

  5. Members are requested not to make any additions/alterations in the common area of the society like corridors, stairs etc.

  6. Any alteration in the basic elevation of the buildings including paint/colour of outer walls is not permitted and member may be asked to remove/repairs such alterations, if carried out, at their cost and responsibilities.

  7. The concrete, waste and garbage etc. generated during the renovation have to be removed on weekly basis. The Society will be constrained to remove the same, if not done, at the cost and responsibility of the flat owner.

  8. Henceforth, any renovation related activity will not be permitted in the common area like rooftop, stilt parking area etc. In case the same are used, reasonable charges, as decided by the Managing Committee will be levied.

  9. In view of the inconvenience caused to the residents, renovation activities are not permitted beyond 6 pm. The workers are expected to leave the premises by 6 pm daily.

  10. It is the responsibility of the owners to ensure that the entry and exit of workers/labourers entering Society for renovation work etc. is invariably recorded at the entrance. Society reserves right to deny entry to any worker if the entry is not recorded.

  11. The workers are required to maintain decorum within Society premises. Anyone found misbehaving or indulging in undesirable activities will be asked to leave immediately.

Obligation of Residents — Entry of Guests

​

While we welcome all the guests visiting residents of the Society, the security guards have been instructed to record all guests entering the Society premises in the register kept at the gate. We request that,

 

  1. Make sure that your guests record their entry and exit in the register kept for the purpose at the gate with guards. No objection should be raised by the residents and/or guests.

  2. Multiple entries by the same person should be recorded.

  3. This is a security measure and must be strictly adhered to.

  4. Visitors should park their vehicles at the designated parking only. Security guards have been instructed to ensure this and residents are requested not to pressurize the guards in any manner.

  5. In case of non-availability of visitor’s parking inside, the guests should be advised to park outside.

General

 

 

  1. Society is managed by Facility Management Team from JLL.

  2. The employees of the Society are required to work under the overall supervision of the Project Management or Facility Management team.

  3. They are expected to behave in a respectable manner with the Facility Management Team and residents. Any incident of misbehaviour etc. may please be brought to the notice of Facility Management team.

  4. At the same time residents are also requested to please treat the employees in a proper manner and not to insult them in any manner.

  5. Any legitimate action by the Society employees or any information given by them on behalf of the Facility Management Team is to be taken as coming from Facility Management Team. Any difference of opinion, objection etc. to be taken up with the Facility Management team and not with the employee.

  6. Please ensure a bare minimum speed of not more than 10 kmph within the premises

  7. Please do NOT use phone while driving.

  8. The Society Guards are instructed to object to anyone who is found driving at higher a speed and/or using phone while driving.

  9. Please avoid placing furniture items etc. in the corridors. Except properly kept and maintained plants, corridors should not be used for any storing.

  10. Please carry out identity and police verification of all your workers/maids etc. and submit to Society. This is a police requirement and must be complied. Police verification has to be done for all persons staying in the respective flat who are not family members of the resident/owner.
